This is Tato, she is to your right at the top.She is also known as BB~Girl. She is my very first Rat Terrier. She is the Reason why I began raising Rat terriers! I got her when she was Only 4.5 weeks old. Such an Angel. I Couldn't imagine life with out her! She will be 12 Years Old February the 5th 2007. So blame it all on Tato! It's all her fault. But I Wouldn't Have It ANY other Way!

Abby's "Grayson" Blue
This is Grayson. He just turned 7 years old in march. He is "one o'them little bitty dogs that generally run around on three legs and pretends a whole lot." This quote was from a North Carolina Bear Hunter in the year 1913.
Yes, RT's are also known as the "Feist".
When we first saw Grayson running around on three legs, we thought he had injured his legs, and took him to the vet. All x-rays came back okay, and then it wasn't until 6 months later I found the article written at the below web address, about the North Carolina Bear Hunter! I was amazed and said "That's my Grayson to a T!"

It has been proven that Rat Terriers are one of the Healthiest breeds, with no known serious health problems. It is my experience, that the only health problem My Rat Terriers have had is Allergies. Rat Terriers are also Very clean Dogs! Not to mention, they make Great companions, Great Mousers AND have wanderful personalities! It is Often said that Rat Terriers "Are truely a Devoted Breed." Rat Terriers are so devoted, that they will often show signs of 'Seperation Anxity'! Rat Terriers Devote their lil lives to their owners With Open Hearts and Paws!
Here at Ky Rat Terriers, we breed only Rat Terriers. It is our practice to focus on improving the breed!
